The new PRX range of Swiss Made luxury watches is led by two 40 mm versions of the PRX Automatic, both with satin-finished steel cases and fluted bezels in solid 18-carat rose gold. The two models are powered by the high-performance Powermatic 80 movement, which combines an anti-magnetic NivachronTM hairspring with an 80-hour power reserve. One model will have a brown dial, the other a blue dial, both with a satin sunburst finish.

Tissot PRX Quartz 35mm 2022 for any wrist
Tissot fans around the world praise the PRX for its design, its sense of proportion, and the way it faithfully revives a beloved Tissot classic. However, for some potential wearers, the models in the first collection were too large. So this year, Tissot will launch a new collection of five PRX models with 35-mm cases in satin-finished steel, all equipped with a quartz movement. The diversity will be reflected in the color palette of the dial.
There will be four steel models with silver, blue, green or light blue sunburst dial, and another steel model with yellow gold PVD coated case and bracelet and yellow gold dial. This collection skillfully captures the essence and exact dimensions of the 1978 original on which the PRX’s retro design is based, as well as the trend towards unisex watches. No doubt it will add to the model’s fast-growing international fan base.

Until now, the PRX was only available with time and date functions. Now the line is completed by the highly functional PRX automatic chronograph. Made of satin-finished steel with a 42-mm case, this watch follows the slim, angular shape of the PRX and complements the casual sports watch style of the 1970s-with a so-called “reverse panda” dial that features white dials on a contrasting black background. The PRX Automatic Chronograph is powered by the Valjoux A05.H31 caliber, which provides a classic dial arrangement (3, 6 and 9) and an extended power reserve of 60 hours.
