Limited edition masterpiece of technology and craftsmanship
Casio Computer Co., Ltd. is proud to introduce the new MRG-B5000HT—an exceptional addition to the prestigious MR-G collection within the durable G-SHOCK family. Limited to just 500 pieces worldwide, this watch combines the iconic shape of the G-SHOCK 5000 series with traditional Japanese Tsuiki hammering, giving it an impressive presence and remarkable strength.
Artfully shaped surface – G-Shock MRG-B5000HT-1

The striking design of the MRG-B5000HT is brought to life by its hand-hammered surface: both the bezel and the band have been individually crafted by Tsuiki master craftsmen. The result is a relief-like structure that makes each watch a unique work of art and translates the G-SHOCK principle of resistance into a tangible form.

Technical sophistication in an elegant guise
The bezel and bracelet are made of DAT55G, a specially developed Japanese titanium alloy that is three times harder than pure titanium and ensures maximum robustness. The silver-gray Oborogin surfaces, inspired by traditional Japanese sword fittings, are finished with a DLC (diamond-like carbon) coating. Accent screws and pushers in rich copper add elegance and depth to the appearance.

Master craftsmanship meets high-tech – G-Shock MRG-B5000HT-1
The collaboration with renowned Tsuiki artist Kazuya Watanabe gives the watch an authentic expression of Japanese craftsmanship. Born in 1978 in Sanjō, Niigata, he trained his skills at Gyokusendo and opened his own workshop in 2005. Numerous awards, such as the New Artist Award and the Contemporary Crafts Prize, underscore his outstanding craftsmanship. Thanks to his precise hammering technique, each watch is unique with its own character.

Flagship with cultural depth
The MRG-B5000HT impressively combines state-of-the-art technology with deep cultural roots: it embodies the G-SHOCK spirit through uncompromising shock resistance and complements it with the artistic aesthetics of traditional Japanese blacksmithing. This model is not only a technical masterpiece, but also a cultural statement—a combination of strength, beauty, and living craftsmanship that is second to none.
