A watch for fans? The dark red color is just one of the loving details that will make the fan’s heart happy. How to get fans on your side, Seiko shows already with the presentation. When you open the high-quality box for the first time, you’ll see Brian May’s signature embedded in the red lid. Nice gimmick: a gold-colored coin, embossed with the guitarist’s profile. The curly hair is immediately recognizable!
But now to the watch itself. The dial of the Seiko 5 Sports Automatic Brian May Limited Red Special II is dark red and framed by a black bezel. Beyond that, the gold case stands out. On the technical side, however, fans of the 5 Sports collection will not expect any surprises. The sporty watch with the reference number SRPH80K1 has the same materials and dimensions as its sister models. Seiko installs a 4R36 manufacture caliber as standard. Most of you might know it by the name NH35. Its accuracy is not exactly record-breaking, but that’s just fine for an automatic watch in the mid-three-digit price range!

For sports, the striped nylon strap with gold-colored loop is a comfortable way to wear this timepiece. Color-wise, it matches the watch well.
